Kingsleys Steak & Crabhouse

The Fam headed to Kingsleys to celebrate the 30th birthday of Mr food hunter's brother. It was a celebratory occasion and the view & ambience of Kingsleys gave it that extra special touch! It wasn't over the top fine dining and was ideal for Mr food hunter's little nephew. He even received a kids colour pack on arrival.

Morrison Hotel

The quest to sample some of Brisbanes' greatest steak houses continues with a trip to the Morrison Hotel.   The Morrison Hotel is quite easy to spot driving along the motorway heading in to the city although it can be a little tricky working out how to enter as you do need to use a bus lane.  The interior is fairly modern with seating indoors and out.  We were greeted at the door by a friendly waitress who provided us with our menus and a kids menu for my little nephew.

The Norman Hotel

When Mr food hunter manages to get out with his brothers for a meal, you can be assured there will always be steak or a big heavy serving of meat on the menu.  Its not surprising as Mr food hunter and his brothers have always been big eaters and nothing is more satisfying than a good steak!  The Norman Hotel proclaims to be brisbane's worst vegetarian restaurant, the perfect place for Mr food hunter and the boys...

Hog's Breath Cafe

A surprise visit from Mr food hunter's younger brother became an impromptu excuse to go out and have a MAN'S meal of steak with the brothers.  Brisbane is really spoilt for choice when it comes to steak places and everyone of them claims to be the best.  Mr food hunter's happy experiences with steak houses first began at Hog's Breath Milton and I will admit it has been a good many years since last visiting.  A good oppurtunity then to revisit and see if Hog's breath has kept their standards.
